Fabulous! Every morning I get up at 5am and go for a 4 mile run, then yoga, meditation, gym, shower, breakfast, write a song live on Tiktok and create a guided meditation. Then start my day! ❤️ it helped me release 116 albums since 2017! ❤️

Today I wanted to have a super productive day, but I woke up sick. Not super sick, but definitely staying home today. When I saw that you posted it definitely uplifted my mood. :) I love your content (especially when you include talking about God and your relationship with him) and you as a lovely person!
