Return of Eludia. Buff/Nerf? Possibly Worst LDnat5?

Eludia has the second lowest stats of all nat5s in 3 categories (HP, DEF, SPD). Combine that with a Def Dungeon leader skill and awakening into RES. Then nerf the damage and call it "buffed". Too slow to be a good stripper, 1 turn def break isn't reliable. Is there a worse LD nat5?
That Dark Bison pretty bad though.
