I know how difficult it is to feel you have your hands cross and can’t help those in need of help because I use to be the same way. I’ve learned in church that in situations like that find a way to help if you can and just pray for them every day n night constantly pray because getting yourself sick will not fix the problem but causing you sick is more added because now we all get worried about you on top of the situation let go let God❤❤❤❤

I hope you feel better, but go to the ER and get the headache checked out. You don't want a stroke, and if it's a migraine, the ER can tell you with a CT scan Please get checked out! ❤❤

Sorry I spelled it wrong but just buy a beach bag that is made out of material and they can just easily wash it and it's good to go again when they need it.

Samah .. you have not been feeling well for a while. Please get a check up. My cousin walks 5 MILES EVERY DAY. She felt weird the other day and it turns out she had 95% blockage in her heart. Yes, she was having a heart attack and didn’t know it. They put a stint in her heart. We are all in shock. Please get a checkup. ❤❤❤
