I've seen TSA employees deadass look people straight in the eyes and tell them they can't bring their mouthwash in their luggage Edit: I know it can be a hazard, I mean seen TSA confiscate small ones, around 3 ounces, which I thought was airplane safe

TSA even made a public statement for places like california or Vegas to the equivalence of "We don't care if you bring weed or wax pens out of state, but it's not our problem if you get caught with it in a state that is illegal". You can fly with it out of a state that is legal to smoke weed in, but the TSA will not back you up or help you if police / TSA from another state stop you for it.
