In todays video, I’m going to be showing you guys the install for my vacuum block and aem boost gauge. I’m going to be using steel braided lines for my vacuum lines from my vacuum source to my vacuum block and to my brake booster. I’ll also be showing you guys where you can add a check valve to the dc5 chassis as ours are hidden in the stock lines and often thrown away when tucking the oem brake booster line. The aem boost gauge will be installed using a “vent mount” so that the gauge will be in place of a air vent. The purpose of why I did everything this way to achieve a clean oem look, as well as a tucked vacuum/brake booster line setup! I really hope you guys find this video useful as I couldn’t really find vacuum block installs on rsx’s.

  • thanks for the super in-depth vids. it's helping me alot. I wonder if I can mount a speedfactory/plm intercooler the same way you did? I need full access to my crash bar for my devsport wind splitter, the brackets attach to the bottom of the bar. fingers crossed lol
  • How did you wire your boost solenoid? Not the vacuum lines but the actual power wires. Ty
  • What are you running for the boost solenoid and what kit do you have
  • Where r u pulling vacuum from in the turbo set up? In a NA car it has negative pressure on intake so it make vacuum, but as soon as u make it turbo, it has positive pressure on intake, so where do u pull vacuum from for all the stuff that wants vacuum like brake booster? On the intake side of the turbo by the air filter?
  • One more question, how did u convert ur power steering to electric? Is it a kit?
  • @MrQc4life
where u get the vent adapter for pod ?
  • @JonnyShertz
hopefully the suspension doesn't mess with that line
  • @JonnyShertz
Which fittings did you go with for the AN lines for your heater core

Man that’s an odd place for the vacuum block. Normally they just go under the hood somewhere.
