Idc what anyone else thinks but Monet ATE. Her breath control is amazing, and her tone is fantastic. Her set and outfit were excellent too. It’s truly amazing to see her own her voice’s natural register and use it to show us such a beautiful song.

I gagged so hard. Like when she gonna do Opera I was like “Oh girl this better be good” I wasn’t excepting such a deep beautiful voice. She shut that talent show down.

My jaw dropped the same time as Carson's jaw the first time I saw this and I just started laughing then crying from how beautiful and powerful this performance was of an excerpt of “La Sonnambula” by Vincenzo Bellini. As an opera lover this was pure class. A true showstopping moment.

So, I'm going to say that Monet used to really frustrate me because I felt like her runways and some of her challenge performances were not that great and I didn't understand why people were so crazy for her. I liked her talk show a lot because she seemed like she was in her element and showing a bit more of herself. When she sang opera, I COMPLETELY saw her and understood why people just lose their minds over her. Monet, if you read this, opera needs you. You are an amazing talent. I would love to see her do opera all over the country.

On her season, Monet said that she studied opera. I also studied opera many moons ago, and was waiting for her to belt it out all season, and on her first AS season, but nothing. NOW she treated us with this, and FINALLY I live!!!!
