今回はテレビなどにも登場する炒飯の達人、である新山直人さんの炒飯と天津飯作りを撮影致しました。
現在、炒飯は年末のチャーハン祭りでしか食べる事はできません。新山さんの貴重な炒飯作りは必見です。
新山さんは、以前取材した台湾ラーメン「幸龍」さんで修行されていたそうです。
