Lori said it best, the golden opportunity was when Mark asked if they could make a less expensive T-Shirt and if he had said yes he probably would've gotten an offer from Mark & Lori for maybe 30-40% which would've changed their life forever. Honestly the sister seemed far more competent and I think if the guy had just shut up and allowed the sister to do the negotiations I think they would've made a deal. Massive missed opportunity.

This guy is the type of guy to say hes giving his sister 10% and then back out as soon as they step out of the tank. If he really valued her contribution he would have given her a share long before now. I could completely see this guy putting his own financial greediness over family, especially if the company got big.
