I remember how appointments like going to the dentist made you so anxious back then, so you should be really proud of yourself for overcoming things like this that seem small to other people but so big for us with social anxiety.

As someone with Invisalign for over a year now, get a little travel case to put a toothbrush, floss and mini toothpaste!! It makes it easier for when you're out and about. As a snacker as well lol you feel less restricted with eating habits since you always have the kit handy. Plus they can be so cute in your bag lol you feel like such an organised girlie~ Have hand sanitiser around as well!
