This topic has already been addressed by the courts. The states have the right to make laws for or against not the federal government that includes Presidents of any party.

Also a woman and pro-lifer here! I am So thankful for people in leadership who stand in the gap for the unborn. Is anything worse than taking the life of your OWN child? Women have been given this gift to bring forth life and yet so many of them celebrate the destruction of life. I can’t comprehend it. It’s such a miracle! And who are we to say, “this one gets to die and this one gets to live”?
