It was obvious Thor was going to win. The second Vegeta went UE that early on the fight it was over. I learned years ago that whichever combatant uses their Trump cards first are 98% most likely to lose. Still a badass fight

I like that Thor called him a mighty warrior at the start. Even for the standards of comics, Vegeta would be considered pretty much a powerhouse in them. It's just that he doesn't quite reaches Thor's level.

Fun fact recently Thor got an even better power up and inherited the full odin force/ Thor force and he’s basically a god among gods now

I love Thor's scream at the end. Homie knew he just beat one of the most powerful people in fiction. It reminds me of the scream that Samurai Jack made when he shouted "WHO ELSE WANTS SOME?!"

It's interesting that they didn't even give Thor his most recent power-up: Inheriting the full totality of the Odin Force - aka all of his father's power on top of his own.

this was actually a good fight, i didn’t know thor was so OP and this was only his BASE form tbf, thor as decades more of feats on vegeta since he’s existed longer but still, i had no idea he had so much power and skill

The problem with Live Action versus animation, or just comics, is that when you're drawing everything anyway, there's no concern for sets or camera or even budget. But once you have to build a set, either in real life or digitally... Suddenly things get a lot smaller in scale comparatively.

Of course Thor would win. One is an actual GOD! While the other one has the power to become one. DBZ have strong people but when it comes to anime vs comics. Comics 90% always wins. They are just to OP and have far more feats than anime characters
