Suda51 has said in an interview if he were to do a NMH3, he'd want Travis and allies to go up against a massive, galactic styled villain like in a marvel movie. Looks like that's exactly what we're getting

That "2020 release? Good luck." hits different now
  • The concept artists deserve to be put in the hall of fame. Not a single design is a bad one.
  • I love how Damon politely gives all of Fu’s friends a “Nice to meet you everyone” even after learning that they’re all from a space prison home to people who did things that were just as bad as killing an entire planet’s population.

What's amazing about this trailer is that it feels like a troll/a fakeout, but no, this is legit backstory for the game and is a follow-up to plot threads set up in Travis Strikes Again. Suda is a mad genius.
  • The “I’m a goddamn superhero” is why I keep coming back to this trailer.

"2020 release? Good luck" They weren't talking about the development schedule.

"How do we show a human getting older in creative animation?" "The kid is younger, fresher animation while the adults have an older style." "Nice."

Fu is like a reverse Stitch; instead of being a murder machine that learned empathy, it’s a cute and cuddly creature who learned to be a mass murdering god damned superhero.
  • @SciontheDark
FU's use of "I love you" when he returns is so frightening. It tells you everything you need to know about him; and the way he sneers before saying it.

When your childhood friend from the 2nd grade get's out of Prison and you hangout to catch up:

As someone who has never played no more heroes I'm willing to give you my money for this
  • @Kerrisive
I'd like to point out that Fu is satirization of the cute mascot character like E.T. or Elmo. You know him as a kid, and he's cute and everything. However, much like with childhood friends irl, you grow apart and no longer know them anymore. He's like that old associate that suddenly contacts you after a decade to ask for some cash and tries to crash at your place to hide from the cops.

The intro threw me off so much until I heard the word superhero
  • @Danmarinja
I swear I thought this thing was called No More Heroes III: No More Goddamn Superheroes
  • I’d genuinely buy a game about taking over the world called “Goddamn Superhero”

“2020 release? Good luck!” What did you mean by this Travis... WHAT DID YOU MEAN BY THAT
