Recently, I had the opportunity to transport a massive, oversized load in Italy. It was a mega-transport, and the cargo was so large that it required special permits and escorts to ensure safe passage on the road. The starting point was at the Port of Palermo, where my team and I carefully loaded the cargo onto our Scania R truck.
As we set off on our journey, we quickly realized that this was no ordinary job. The streets in Italy were narrow and winding, and maneuvering such a massive load through them required great skill and precision. Despite the obstacles, my team and I remained focused and determined to complete the job successfully.
Our Scania R truck was the perfect vehicle for this task. It was a true beast on the road, with incredible power and agility. Its massive size and unstoppable force allowed us to make progress even in the toughest of situations. I was proud to be behind the wheel of such a magnificent machine.
Navigating our way through the tight streets was a challenge, but it was also incredibly fun. I felt a sense of excitement and exhilaration as we made our way to our destination. The Logitech G29 steering wheel and shifter that I used to control the truck added to the immersive experience, making it feel like I was actually on the road.
Finally, after a long and challenging journey, we reached our destination. The cargo was safely delivered, and I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment. Completing a mega-transport in Italy was an unforgettable experience that I will always cherish. The Scania R truck and the Logitech G29 steering wheel and shifter helped me to do my job with precision and power, making it a truly amazing adventure.

18:32 For oversize loads of this length, the invisible barriers need to be either removed, or seriously reduced. The best path for something of this length would have been directly ahead, over the right side of the island between the trees. This is a common concept for such oversize loads, as is (if necessary) having the oversize load drive on the wrong side of the road, if that option is easier. Also, kudos on the 'Michelin Man'... I haven't seen or heard anything of that for a long time now.

Damn nice trailer!! I wish rear dolly would be self centering, but then wheel steering of wheels would not work properly. SCS should really update the steering system to support self the centering trailers. Also then add manual control over trailer steering up to 30km/h so you can control the rear end especially when reversing.

Ok, it’s a game, but in real life it’s immposible do this type of job due day light. In several moment you have put your tractor in lock position (90 degres with your trailor) there is no possible way to stop, and move again. Expetialy in reverse. Why all four warning lights if you have beacon lighte turn on? No bad feelings, it’s just a game. In real life it’s not that easy and simple ;) p.s sorry for bad englis, im from croatia

Oh God, can you imagine hauling this in the UK? The UK needs some love, desperately. I live near Sheffield and can tell you now, the roads and motorways look NOTHING like the game (and speed limits don't constantly change without warning). I'm brand new to this franchise, I LOVE hauling heavy loads, but good Lord, the ridiculously cramped UK roads with aggressive traffic and worthless blocker vans is probably harder than doing it in real life!
