That wasn't a cross-examination. It was a bloody crucifixion. Good lord, that was an absolutely brutal note to let the jury ruminate over this case over the weekend. They don't need to reach any conclusions on the verdict, but they can definitely consider the credibility of Robert Costello over the weekend. That's BRUTAL on the defense. Massive own-goal by the defense. Oof.
