I'll be taking my time building Black Swan. At the moment, she's only at 4* rank and mastery, Level 50. I'm short on gold, so its going to take a while to max her out completely. Good to know that she's worth the cost, though! Thanks for the great review, Commander!

I'm surprised that she's defeating the top meta of the timeline alone. But is it because your build is too strong (especially brilliant ctp)? If it has the high durability with mighy ctp , I may have hope.
