A boring life is actually achievement because it means that everything you need in life is in place. 😊

Dear Lia, you've learnt so many precious lessons at a young age! Continue sharing them because they're truly empowering!😊

Girl you should write a book about your life journey to where you are today you inspired 30,000 plus people who follow you.

My partner has mentioned you a number of times. She enjoys your videos very much. This video came up in my link today and I found the topic enticing, so I decided to watch. What you had to say today struck home for me. Yes, I am also fining that the little things in my day (catching a glimps of sunlight on a tree, feeling "accomplished" when I prepare a meal or wash the dishes, and other things as well) can have a great impact upon my attitude and my gratitude. I have not traveled a great deal, but over the years, I have been to other countries a few times. Now, like you, I find myself very content to stay home and it is always good to return home after going shopping and "being out in the world". Thank for your perspective. Peace & Blessings.

And to find contentment with a simple life not only enriches the soul but is good for our planet earth as well.

I see so much of myself in this video. I am in the process of accepting my homebody-ness : )

How you approach minimalism now is so relatable though. I know extremes get more clicks but this right here is what my soul wants to hear.

I love how, in my feed, "I want a boring life" is just after "why I don't want a comfortable life" of Malama life 😁
  • @cat_pb
I love being boring 🤗! Whatever that means for people ~

I do search YouTube for 'extreme minimalism' not because I necessarily want to be an extreme minimalist but because those kinds of videos help me the most. You are the one who made me want to becomes minimalist and I have followed you for years. You not being extreme anymore is a slight shame for me personally purely for my own selfish benefit but you being happy and content is what counts. I will continue to watch you and your travel vlogs are my fav x

I totally identified with this video. I always thought i should be doing more traveling and live a more exciting life. At 65 I am finally finding out who I am. I've traveled and usually around the 3rd day I am missing my home. I love a good book, a soft blanket, the beach and my friends and family. And I am for minimalism but not for the look. I keep stuff that makes me feel good. Thank you for this honest and humble video.

This video is actually the BEST one I have ever seen on YouTube. You are wise beyond your years. This is really an excellent explanation of the kind of mindset on minimalism that I want. Thank you! I will be listening to this multiple times I believe.😊
  • Yes! I no longer want travel too. Simplicity is a way of actually being present, and sanity. The word boring has a negative connetation
  • @9FatraBbits
I totally get your ideas about enjoying and striving for minimalism leading to realizing that a simple life is what you crave and now enjoy and appreciate. A simple life is a gift! Thank you for sharing your thoughts.💜🐇

This one really resonated since coming to a very similar outlook quite recently. Nice to see others on the same wavelength. Cheers!
  • I just discovered your channel and am really enjoying! Very thought provoking. I’m a cozy minimalist I guess. Not extreme but happy with my things, my home. I sometimes buy things and think I really don’t need that! But as far as clothing, I have a few nice pieces and buy maybe 4 or 5 pieces per year. I prefer to get my library books via kindle or print books too. I love spending time in nature and really enjoy my single life with two cats:) Thank you for your videos! 🍃💕love from Atlanta.

Thank you Lia. I really like this conversation because it's something I've believed for a really long time. I first came across it I think with minimalist living and also watching Jennifer L Scott, the Daily Connoisseur - this is part of her philosophy. Love your channel. Thank you for producing this content and sharing your life, it really inspires me 🙏🏼😊 XX
