I hate Moles........ almost as much as I hate Liberty Mutual commercials!
  • My mother watched this with me. She grew up on a farm but swore she's never seen such a thing. Then she threw her head back and screamed at the sight of it trying to bite you. I laughed so hard. Thank you.
  • After setting traps all over my front yard with no luck, I came across your video. And went out into the yard and sure enough I saw some grass moving. I ran and got my shovel and pitchfork and tried to dig the little bugger out but somehow I missed him. No worries though, so now I know to keep the shovel close at hand. I put the grass and dirt back that I remove by shoveling, and let it sit for a few hours. I went back out there and sure enough the grass was moving at another spot. This time I used your method of having my foot poised right on the shovel, and I got the little son of a gun. Thanks a lot.

Talk about patience! My little Lhasa/Yorkie named Molly that unfortunately past away last year. She had the patience of a saint! She go lay by mole hills and stay right there till that mole would come up the mound and she pounce grabbing that mole right out of the dirt mound. Sometimes she catch em during the day and other times at night. We have a pet door so our dogs can go outside whenever they like. She catch a mole at night, then bring it in the house to the bedroom to show me her catch. She let the mole go loose in my bedroom and that mole be trying to dig thru our carpet. LOL luckily I could praise my dog and then tell her to take it back outside and kill it and she would. I’d find it dead on the front porch in the morning. Best dang dog I’ve ever had or seen. She never ceased amazing me how smart she was and she do anything I asked of her. People always ask me how I teach her to do things? I never taught her anything, she just do it! Had her for 13 years till cancer got her and I finally had to put her to sleep as much as I hated to! One dog I’ll always miss, but the moles won’t miss her I’m sure! LOL

I have a rescue dog who has so much anxiety. She is hands down "The Mole Slayer". She has left more than one opossum at my front door also. She creeps and will sit for hours in our infested backyard, 5 acres. So far I've counted 22 but I know her kill list is way higher... Good dog

Used to have a catahoula/lab mix who would sit and watch for ground movement and dig moles out and kill them. Didn't have a very good percentage of captures per holes dug though.

I had one mole come chirp at me like it was mad for bothering it's mound. Lol I jumped a little. I'm about 6'3 250
  • Uncle had major groundhog problems . Neighbor used a silicone hose attached to his tailpipe . With the truck running 10-15 min they slowly emerged from random spots in the yard and died soon after .

Thanks for posting! Great info and really nice rounding that guy up the way you did. Cheers!
  • @pennycam
Great video in less than 15 from watching this video I caught my first mole!! Thank you
  • Thanks! Just worked for me. Stomped the tunnel then came back an hour later to see where if it was digging again. Saw movement in the dirt and scooped it out with a shovel. Saved me $50 in traps and supplies.
  • @galenhof3371
This is fine if You have all day to sit around and look for the ground to move
  • That was seriously impressive. And helpful. Thank you for sharing 👍
  • @YourNextCast
Your video is right on time. You won't believe this, but I was with my parents today and they have a mole problem. Definitely going to send them this vid. Great job man.
