There better be an instance where the stranger is talking to us and goes “Hang on I gotta do something real quick” and cuts comms But right before comms are cut you hear “Well fought ,we haven’t got much time” ,IE the dialogue from Destiny 1 How sick would it be if WE were the ones she was talking to in that cutscene in the Ishtar Archives ?

Something I just caught about the trailer. There are four "perspectives." It's not just three people meeting to look at an active pyramid ship. We see in the cuts that AS the meeting is occurring the ship is powering up and that before this confluence it was dormant/absent of will like the one of the moon. The whole trailer feels like it's written to showcase that the Darkness is "arriving" to the meeting as well. There are four characters "arriving" in this trailer.

I like how each character here represents a significant era in Destiny Eris represents the Taken King, the pinnacle of destiny 1 Drifter represents the Forsaken era, the peak of destiny 2 And the stranger represent the very beginning, vanilla d1 EDIT: I like how none of this had anything to do with the game whatsoever. Though Bungie was undoubtedly hindered by the pandemic so I won't give them too much slack

Even after the taken king, eris still has no ship. Lol (Edit): I notice people been saying she can teloport. But i got some questions? 1. Why even bother having a ship in the first place? 2. Why is she hiking her way there when she can teleport 3.maybe her power of teleportation is limited?
