How is it that out of 376 cops, not one of them said "F this" and just took it upon themselves to act. Are they all so chicken-shit, or brain-washed? Afraid of losing a job? It's mind-boggling that none of them did the right thing.

They not only did nothing - they actually arrested parents and relatives, that got fed up with the police just standing around, and tried to enter the school themselves to save their children - some of whom were armed and could have taken out the shooter themselves. If anything, Uvalde was a validation of why we need the 2nd Amendment.
