Dexter is a handsome lad. Barely out of kitten hood himself. His little progeny are special. Momma Luna will not let him be mean to babies.

Luna made me laugh. She was on him like stink. Misty just froze like a statue. He seemed to accept Brock. Little Ash was first to reach out and touch him, but he didn't seem to mind. Wonderful meet and greet. 😊

I think what is going on with Dexter is more fear and territoriality than aggression. He may not be as well socialized as the others. He is, however, one formidable looking creature!

A veterinary nurse told me once that female cats are tough, because they have to be to survive and protect their young. Sometimes the smallest female is the one who hisses the most at a strange cat.
