Minced beef and pork - 1 lb.
Onion - 1 pc.
Cloves of garlic - 4 pcs.
Butter - 3 tbsp.
Pasta - 7 oz.
Oregano - 1/2 tsp.
Basil - 1 tsp.
Smoked Paprika - 1 tsp.
Flour - 1 tbsp.
Pasta water - 1 cup
Tomato sauce - 2 cups
Heavy cream - 1 cup
Cheddar cheese - 3.5 oz.
Salt - 1/3 tsp.
Black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
Parsley

Great recipe. Tried it last weekend. And if you have high blood pressure like me, cut the salt to 1/4 the recommended and it's just as good. Also use half-n-half instead of heavy cream to go lower in fat.

Oil is never needed when you're cooking burger. Then you have to drain it and you wasted it. Everything is going to taste good when it has tomato sauce, cream onions and garlic. 😋

I made this for dinner tonight. Used left over chicken instead of beef and hearts of palm as I don't eat pasta anymore. Sooooooo delicious.😋😋 I can only imagine how great it would taste with noodles😋😋Can't wait to do it again but with beef 😉😉
