RIP Tina Turner, one of the greatest female artists of all time! π’π’

Tina Turner was an icon, survivor, and all-around badass. Rest in Peace to a Queen who earned her title. There will never be another woman like her. She inspired so many during her lifetime and will forever be remembered.
-
The amount of energy streaming out of her is impressive
-
The best version of "proud Mary" i have ever heard. RIP queen
-
This has to be one of the greatest moments in Rock and Roll history.
-
Tina is the real queen bee.
-
A force of nature. RIP Queen.
-
This version is pure genius. From the duet singing, background vocals, Tina's energy, dancing, and the band. Timeless...
-
Janice Joplin said it best in one of her last interviews. "Ike and Tina Turner is the act, but TINA is the show.".
-
I must say, Angela Bassett is one hell of an actress to have reenacted this performance down to Tina's same facial movements.
-
Rest in Paradise, Queen... I loved your powerful voice Thanks a lot!

TINA TURNER LEGEND!! I can't get over how physically hard she worked: singing like she does and that intense dancing. Rest easy, you deserve it.
-
Can we just stop and talk about how bomb those backup singers were?
-
I'm eighty years old now, but I can't stop moving when I hear Ike and Tina do "Proud Mary." I have danced a thousand times to this song!
-
This loss was a rough one. I can't even imagine a world without Tina Turner in it. She was like a female James Brown, the way she worked that stage. The Queen of Rock 'n Roll. You will be missed, Rest easy, Tina. πππ
-
Rest well Tina. Thank you for everything you've contributed to the world of music, entertainment and your words of wisdom.
-
Praises YOU!! She did this song. Angela Basset did her justice as well.
-
She definitly created the blueprint for Beyonce and many others.
-
So much energy, and so much vitality over so many decades of music. She was a tornado that never looked like it would ever blow out, sadly, real life always intervenes, and her mortality has finally assured her enduring immortality. R.I.P. Tina; you've done enough to ensure you'll never be forgotten.
