This was so helpful! Not much out there on settings, and they dont mention much in the instruction manual. For “troubleshooting” when no power comes on, Ecoflow support provided me with following: - shut off the powerhub with a “long press” for 3 seconds (if battery screen appears - shut down successful); - disconnect all cables from power-hub and wait five minutes; - plug only battery back and see if “reboots” - check if light is on, or can connect with app; - re-connect all other cables. This has worked for me a few times, especially when having to disconnect/re-connect the battery. Tnx so much for this great video!

First, I appreciate your videos! As a power kit owner you are NOT able to control any individual AC circuits from the app 8:50

@Van Land Can you do a tutorial on how to get the EcoFlow Power Kit working with EV charging stations, please?

In the van shown in the video, why did you choose those locations for the battery, hub and fuse box? I have also seen the fuse box in the wall panel behind the wheel well, the battery behind the wheel well and the hub over the wheel well. I would like to know more about the thought process. Thanks!

Very helpful review, insights. Thank you for this
  • I ask already the question on another post. We want to install the power kit in our caravan/RV. I watched the video and there is the setting of total power and charging power. You can set it to for example 6Amps when the campsite only supports 6Amps and the battery charges at 6Amps. What if we run an AC device, like the cooktop which uses over 10 Amps (2300W), does it use the power from the battery and continues charging the battery with the shore power or how does it work?

Excellent video. as always. I love the EcoFlow products and I have a Delta+ I use at home for backup power. Question, if anyone can help? Can the EcoFlow Power Kit run a Dometic RTX2000 RV Air Conditioner? And for how long?

Really great video. After setting up the system I’ve had a lot of uncertainty around using the system. My main question is actually how to properly shut down the system. For example in the middle of winter not using the system I’d want to bring the batteries inside. What is the proper order of operations to shut off and then turn the system back on. The wording on the power kit says to “cut all input” before turning off. Does that mean via the app or actually unplugging all cables while it’s on?? And then the flip side what to connect first before turning on? The batteries or the inputs?

Jeremy, I bought a 10 kW kit from you and it works like a dream. Great reverse charging function. However, the Ecoflow appears to be trickle charging the start battery without turning the reverse toggle. Turning the Ecoflow system off, my ProMaster start battery would die in less than two weeks. Leaving the system on, the start battery stays charged at around 13 V. Can you verify if trickle charging is already there? Thank you for another great video.

Any ideas on how to use the Ecoflow power kit in combination with a (12v,24v or 48v (secondary) alternator) with the use of the "Scotty AI" DC to DC charger?
  • @Espiritiv
Ford Transits have a high amp alternator that can do 300 amps, or 170amps at idle speeds. I think the standard can do 250A running, and 100A at idle. So why is the Mercedes limited to such low charging currents??
  • @podocrypto6072
You may want to check your facts on battery charge settings, because all batteries, including LiFePO4 batts, retain storage memory and if you set your charge controller to a limit of 80%, then over time, the ceiling of the battery's storage potential will max out at 80%. Moreover, why then have a battery capacity of a certain amount (say 800Ah) where then you only have a setting where you can only use 80% of that. It makes no sense.

Hi I’ve just had the 2kw power hub installed and was working great. The van has not been used for 2 weeks. When I’ve connected shore power 240v my small LCD display only powers up and then goes off after about 2 seconds. The error message from the unit is AC batter charge inhibited error 65? Any idea on how to resolve this ?. Thanks

Battery will not charge in my Power kit. There is a red warning triangle that says, "Battery short circuit...". Any advice?
  • should never have purchased the Delta Pro Max 2. So many limitations. The power station looks like a much better, abet costlier, option.
