Because one round is way too short, and i remembered what this game has one to one 3 rounds mode in console release too late

    I decided to do an arcade run with Ratio 4 Bison/Dictator. Whereas you got Bison as the sub boss, I got Geese, but just like you, I got Ultimate Rugal as the super secret boss and I defeated him without continuing AND with a Dramatic/Finest KO
