Also, please make sure to go give Alex some appreciation. I make these videos to get eyes on these stories and Alex definitely deserves it. I can't thank him enough for making this series.

I feel bad for Washington. In the original Cherry Tree story, he’s only a child. That means the horned serpent form must have only had the emotional maturity of a child.

my theory about everett is that when virginia saw him the first time, he wasnt actually a grown man and was rather the middle stage between a stretched baby and a fully fleshed out tree man, he was actually just a young boy that had been stretched out to appear taller and to a young girl she couldnt tell the difference between an inhumanly tall young child and a grown man

There really is something so poetic about "Good People." I NEVER expected the series to have such a poignant ending.

A friend of mine is in NYC and I got uneasy looking at her pic of the statue of liberty in her story. My mind just immediately went "smell of raw flesh" and "they need to feed the statue". Then today, I walked by a massive statue of a woman in my city that's similar to Freedom and I kept anxiously staring at her to make sure she wouldn't move. The Monument Mythos did the damage for me.😂

15:11 'A giant 20 foot woman chasing you down with a sword, not fun' Wendigoon clearly underestimates the internet

I honestly think Mr manticore saying he's made of good people is also a thank you to the fans.

Got to say, I laughed out loud when you mentioned that the community voted not to punish James Dean despite the evil he displayed, and how they were yelled at for their loyalty to a foul character. Isn't that just a brilliantly ironic reflection of real life?

Just a quick point that it appears that the tree in the animation of Washington is an apple tree, not a cherry tree. Which aligns with Virginia in Wonderland, where Rockefeller quizzes the kids on American history. Based on Virginia’s drawings, he tells the kids that Washington cut down an apple tree, while the kids tell him it was a cherry tree. Just a small but notable detail

"what are you made of?" "good people" that line is so incredible, Alex is such an incredible writer

I like to think that Wendigoon never actually erases anything from the whiteboards and just gets new ones instead. Somewhere out there is a storage room full of potentially hundreds of this man's conspiracy whiteboards.

the first cornerfolk video is also an example of humans getting hurt by meddling in things they shouldn't. The cornerfolk weren't hostile, they didn't cause any harm. They just relaxed in the corners of his home when he weren't there, or jumped quickly through corners when he was. It wasn't until he decided to go into the cornerworld then he got hurt. The cornerfolk and the cornerworld aren't evil, they just exist, and the cornerworld wasn't suited for a human so he got hurt.
  • Alex's channel sharing a name with the constellation of good people who literally smile down on the world that they changed for the better feels very profound, knowing how his father became a big influence in the direction of the story.

I find it rather morbidly comforting that giza glass is canonically so sharp that wounds caused by it do not cause any pain.
  • @DaBryze
It’s crazy how between the first wendigoon video about this series and this one the series went from conspiracy thriller/cosmic horror to basically just evangelion
  • @garfumblebottom
as someone who lost his sister in February, I absolutely love how grief is tied into this and how much this truly means. I agree that no one is ever truly gone, and I am grateful that he was able to be blessed with that
  • About Eunice—remember that the angel's ashes can cause a shift as small as a decision, with the decision itself having massive fallout and affects in some way shape or form. I believe that in the Deanverse, Howard may have actually talked her down from the bridge, whereas in the Cliftverse, he didn't get a chance to because of the angel ashes shifting things.
  • @JoshuaAndres
I love how it slowly turns from scary conspiracy thriller to Team Fortress 2 lore
  • @JonathanThe501st
To the whole "everyone's dumb for liking James Dean" thing: If grief makes monsters, then charisma makes slaves
  • @phoebejacob
In light of the similarities identified between monument mythos and evangelion, I would actually love to see Wendigoon cover a full evangelion timeline as I think he’d be great at explaining it and he would have some interesting theories 😂
