I Sell Cars For UNDER $5000

My name is Brandon and I am a used car dealer. I created Car Questions Answered to share the ins and outs of the used car market from my perspective. I share with you updates on car prices, what's happening at the dealer auctions, and what it's like being a dealer. My goal is to share information to help you make the best decisions while buying a car to save you money. I do not want car dealers taking advantage of you.

The last new car I bought was a 2000 Mustang. Drove it 17 years and sold it to the young high school boy for $1,500, He checked my oil. air. washed my windows and checked the radiator fluid at the gas station . He always loved that car and was very nice to check it each time I got gas. He was helping that old lady in the hot red Mustang as he sure didn't have to and most gas stations won't do it for you. When I asked him if he wanted to buy it and told him how much he almost cried. It feels good to make people happy and it was his first car too.

Man, times have changed so much within the last few years. $5k back then could’ve gotten you something fairly nice, but nowadays it’s sketch.
  • @cali_love5977
There’s a huge buying market for under $5k. You’re doing a good service for your community. Not everyone wants to go into debt for a car.

Honest, open, fair,No Scams, this. Is God's Way of doing "BUSINESS"!!!

An old friend of mine sold cash cars only on his lot and none were over $3500. The guy got rich with this business model. He would always be very transparent on anything wrong with the vehicles and customers appreciated his honesty. He lost his lot due to rezoning. He made enough to retire early. Keep doing what you are doing. You will be very successful like my old friend.
  • @arlo4051
He's doing so well because he's not trying to charge insane prices like $2000 for a tail light.

This is the only car salesman I’ve ever seen who I actually like. You’re doing great work man
  • @babylittleness
Wow! So impressed with the complete transparency provided. You definitely will not get this at any other car dealership. Amazing to see $0 doc fees. No hidden fees/ costs. You deserve to be successful when you treat customers so well.

I chased the shiny car lure for 2/3 of my life. Now I have driven the same Jeep for 10 years and will hopefully never buy another. Not having car payments is a great feeling. Buy cheap, pay cash, and don't skimp on maintenance.
  • It is very rare to see a actual honest car sales man these days.

I love my $5k 06 Camry. I wrecked my nice 2016 Laramie and when my ins totaled it I went for a cheap go-getter, and can't be mad at the interim results. Thanks for providing folks with this option.

North Carolina is awesome for making you get the car inspected before you can sell it. I'm sure that prevents ALOT of problems. Every state should do that!
  • @rst90274
You're a hero for selling cars to people who desperately need a car but can't afford to go into debt. Single mothers, students, and just your average wage slave. Half of the country can't afford a $400 emergency. Cars last a lot longer than they used to but many are quick to discard them for the flashiest, newest truck. I have noticed that most of the private lots have closed. Dealers are only interested in late model trades.

This is the best video you've ever did. Honestly is the best policy. Tell people what their getting and what you've done if they think you don't deserve a profit or as is as is tuff.
  • @jamesethan3749
Im almost 40, all the cars I ever bought was ALWAYS Craigslist, face to face from people. For just simple cash. ALWAYS avoided dealers for the exact reasons you mentioned. Glad ure 1 good one out there.
  • @richardlea818
Man, you’re running a noble business. It’s crazy how expensive used vehicles have become. Between cash for clunkers, and the post covid inflation, it’s nearly impossible to find a cheap car that isn’t falling apart
  • @billh.3522
I’ve been working in car dealerships since 1991 and I will agree with what you say about their methods of operation. I remember my uncle back in the late 50s had a lot like you have now. He loved it, made enough money and satisfied the need of many good people who can’t afford these normal car dealerships. Good job man, keep it going.
  • I do not want backup cameras, navigation display, PC screen, etc., etc. I just desire getting from point A to point B. Heat and AC are OK.
  • @kingtryton
I’ve been in the market several months now it’s extremely rare that you find dealerships like yours the transparency is highly appreciated … these other dealers are so deceptive and try to nickel and dime every chance they get with so many bogus fees (recon fee, dealership fee, doc fee, wipe my ass fee, etc )

I live in NC and would like to know the location of your business, we are going to help our Grandson get his first car . Your place and business model really impressed me.
