    @NBC News Barre Vermont is not pronounced Bar, it’s pronounced BARR-ee, like berry. Always a good idea to ask locals how a place is pronounced because it makes a difference, especially for letting folks know where you are talking about.

    Live off the grid people. People Stop asking government for help, we need to be self-sufficient, grow our own food and be smart. Buy a generator -- not - a new iphone or tv. Buy food and water -- not-- go on vacations. Buy solar panels and batteries --Not -- a new car. Everyone new Beryl world hit Texas and did not prepare.
