There is a mod called gta v effects for gta sa It works great -Adds realtime beach waves -Water interaction with car tyres This mod makes gta sa awesome while driving in gta sa - new explosive mechanisms BTW you should try it 👌✌

all what it needs is an increased view distance and the transition is really good. maybe a bit anti aliasing for the cherry on top
