At the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2020, several Indian athletes won medals:
Mirabai Chanu won a silver medal in weightlifting in the women's 49kg category, securing India's first medal at the Games.

Neeraj Chopra won a historic gold medal in men's javelin throw, becoming the first Indian to win a gold medal in athletics at the Olympics. His gold medal marked a significant achievement for India.

India will grow in sports basically athaletics, which is great bcz athaletics is mother of all sports, I thing next few years India is the next super power not only financially but sports also

Well, if so much money and public attention was not spent on cricket ( which is not even a global sports), this country of billion plus people would have achieved much more at the Olympic Games. A fraction of money that is wasted on Cricket could have spotted, trained and produced many more Olympic medal winners from different corners of this vast country - there is so much talent there to be unearthed!
