Okay so I’m confused on what Wholesale Real Estate is. Is it just finding run down houses and finding a buyer who would buy the property fix it up?

How do I avoid them asking for proof of funds ? Should I go to houses for sale by owner to avoid the listing agent

So the 1st contract with the seller have to the title company ? I thought you only go to title company 1 time once you get both contracts together
