There was a dev stream when KU was taken down and they showed little godzilla form godzilla VS spacegodzilla And i think this is a non godzilla version of that. Also the kaiju they showed in the stream had a top hat and so does this so im pretty sure they gave him a top hat because hes a meme kaiju like minilla
