Piranha p140re test ride: Mikuni vm26 + CDI test

Here's a quick test ride of my piranha pit bike with the newly upgraded vm26 Mikuni carburetor plus the new performance CDI box.

Now this video is of the first test with the new carburetor, and as you're going to see, it was bogging like crazy because it's not adjusted right for my elevation. For the past few days I have been testing needle position and main jet sizing, which I finally got dialed as far as the needle position and main jet.

Now the final task for getting the new carb dialed in resolving the issue with the pilot jet, because even after two more tests it still has a tendency to bog from just the crack of the throttle to 1/4 throttle. I do have a pilot jet kit on the way, which should resolve the issue with the bogging and finally finish the daunting task of tuning my carb.
