How to take towers in Total War: Three Kingdoms without losing men, or being seen

Just use a unit that can stalk, such as Zheng Jiang's Hidden Axes unit. For some reason the third pair of towers revealed my unit, unless the enemy units did.

the peasants hanging in the streets give vision to the enemy that's why the third pair attacked you when it was in range

how i capture a tower arrow for my self i am new and have no idea
