WTF The mastermind between 911 hasn't been tried yet? Didn't that happen like 23 years ago?
  • @netsiteing
how and why the US tax payers are still paying for people like this to stay in jail?

Wiki this fellow..Survived 180 plus waterboardings. Has only one leg. The problem is, he was tortured in Guantanamo to get confessions. Not admissible in a court of law.

Why is this up to the Defense secretary and not the attorney general?

i'm so pissed. If they didn't waterboard the confession out of him this would have been settled over a decade ago
  • No legitimate plea deal can be made on behalf of those negotiating from a position of extreme and prolonged duress.
  • Really bad timing with the presidential election coming up... 👎🏻

Got a case? Take it to trial and prove it, a decade isn't justice for anyone

How long does it take to render Justice? The crime(s) happened almost 24 years ago!

Notwithstanding the fact that "enhanced interrogation" was used, how is it that after 23 yrs the only actionable evidence is a confession?

I’ve been reading news on CNN and pretty much every other outlet that I can recall and I don’t ever remember anybody being referred to as having “ plotted their political career “ So I really would appreciate if you would update that story and put your source for that statement . Unless, of course, you just made it up . Which would be troubling to me

They refuse plea deals for for so much less on a regular basis in the US why would they ever consider a plea deal for these monsters
  • @cindycliburn716
Shouldve never ever ever considered the deal to begin with ..
