I just want to tell you, that i respect so much that you actually take the effort to blurr out people who may not want to be shown in a YouTube Video. I barley see anyone doing that. Thank you for that!
  • @Greta7
Please don’t feel a need to justify purchasing or not purchasing something to us, it’s really all about the journey! I watch these thrift-with-me’s to see you sift through the clothes and find hidden gems, which is what is really the joy of thrifting (to me) :)

i love the clippy mic. anything that reduces the audio of hangers screeching makes it so much more bearable for my sensitive ears
  • That is the kind of happy, vintage 70’s -ish, spring, sunshiny floral that you look great in! Imagine a bomber jacket over this.

The house dress with your gingham skirt is giving Copenhagen Fashion vibes. πŸ₯°

Lol I fully believe when straight guys don’t understand your outfit it means your style is πŸ”₯.
  • I hate how popular shein has become. Its everywhere! I love a good deal, but i still prioritize quality over price, even at the thrift store.

I absolutely love that you don;'t feel the need to do gigantic hauls at the end. just the process is so fun to watch on it's own without you having to buy every single thing. I'm sure other people will be so inspired by the pieces you talked about and buy them at the thrift store price instead of buying them for 5 times the price on depop

Ahhhhhhhh I LOVE that dress on you!!! With your cute bangs, it gives total '70s vibes 😍 So glad you picked it up!!!

Shopping for belts at the thrift is such an adventure. You always have one you're looking for and you always find one you DON'T NEED. But belts are such a fantastic accessory it's so hard to say no to them!
  • @JOSIEPOO7
I just came to say I love your current style. I’ve watched your style evolve over time and this is definitely the best it’s ever been. It’s evident that you’re coming into your own style.

I still try on clothes at my local thrift... Tank top & skirt or leggings as a base layer definitely makes it easier 😁
  • I laughed out loud with your trials of trying things on. Reminds me so much of myself. the irritations from the removal of the dressing rooms!

It makes me so happy to see you interested in red clothing pieces. I remember when you did not like red clothes AT ALL. You make everything you wear work so well and look super cute all the time! You are amazing!!!
  • @Notyourmamas
That skirt you are wearing with the house dress and the yellow vest would be such a cute outfit. With a brown belt and some brown boots. Chefs kiss

It shouldn't make sense, but I find that thrifting is a really good low-cost activity just because it's not buying things that's the most exciting. It's the potential for discovery. You can kill hours looking around a big thrift store and find only one item, or even nothing you truly want, but it doesn't feel like a waste because you spent the time treasure hunting. A very journey-not-the-destination kind of thing. Of course, it is pretty great if you can also find the exact kind of thing you wanted for a bargain.

Thanks for taking us thrifting! I need to get out soon to shop for spring / summer goodies too. Vintage novelty tees, linen and silk tops are my fav. β™₯
