Star Wars Outlaws: First Looks Before Launch!

Published 2024-07-30
We have partnered with Ubisoft for exclusive gameplay, I got to play Star Wars Outlaws and capture some portions to make content for our community. Thank you, Ubisoft, for giving us a chance as a small creator with such a huge title!

In this video we go over some of the open world aspects, the use of Nix as a tool and direct extension of Kay Vess, and much much more.

At first we see Kay riding the speeder through the intro world, in a shootout and using adrenaline shots an active ability that seemingly recharges pretty quickly. When activated you go into a matrix style animation that slows time or speed Kay up incredibly to quickly mark up to three enemies and then smash the fire button and let the animation wipe them out. There isnt other weapon combat via the speeder you only get to use adrenaline shots currently, that could change before, at or after release.

Then we dive into the most common early gameplay which is stealthing around syndicates back areas to steal items for completing the main story. The main story will almost always have you do something that brings down favor with a syndicate and if it is a syndicate, you nearly have maxed out in good favor you can skip the story and lock in those syndicate rewards, gear, cosmetic change, upgraded blaster and special abilities while in high favor with each syndicate. Each syndicate will provide a different max award and you cannot make all syndicates be at max favor as making one max favor will have you do something to decrease favor with another syndicate.
We will have more on syndicates, gambling and other back room deals in our next video, in this video I wanted to give you some quick highlights of the action, the stealth, the missions, mini games between while cutting out story clips and cutscenes as to not spoil this for you.

We were not allowed however to capture game menus, and upgrade systems as those are going to be a huge reveal on launch and boy are they something absolutely amazing!

As we progress togther through the video you will see Nix handling aspects like pulling levers, opening shafts, stealing items, pushing buttons and attacking and distracting other enemies so you can progress smoothly. If you feel stuck at any point push up on your d pad to bring your marker into range to point you in the right direction or if you feel you're unable to find passage somewhere hold down on your d pad and Nix will use his ability and highlight anything interactable in the area. you may need to send Nix through a hold, crack, window or have them hold a lever or push a button to allow you to progress further. Using Nix is a must, and you cannot proceed without using your companion as an extension of Kay.

Later we will be in space fighting, you can shoot without holding aim and if you choose to hold aim you will notice that the aim bot settings are a little over the top and youll clear everything in your space fight relatively quickly.

Now that youve seen the gameplay, throw a like and smash that subscribe button, we have so much more Star Wars Outlaws content coming into the channel, just did not have enough time to handle all of the editing alone prior to getting this out today.

Thank you again Ubisoft for giving us a shot at this as a small creator and thank you everyone who showed up, grab your pre orders today or jump on the Ubisoft $1 month deal so you can at least jump in Outlaws on launch, you wont want to miss the graphics injections at launch, its going to be even more incredible!

Good on ya. People feel powerless and scared so they make themselves feel clever and cutting-edge by jumping in to group-think and making the same noises that thousands of other sad little fellows are making. Much like Pandora, the haters will continue to hate while the connoisseurs and tech experts congratulate and give awards. Outlaws is obviously a tremendous looking thing and I can’t wait to jump in to these expertly created and mind bogglingly detailed environments.👍
  • More pc footage some of us own consoles you know Ubisoft

Some parts of the game seem good but with all the flaws there is no way to justify the ridiculous price for the full game.
