I believe happiness, connection and love is our natural state of being. The common conception on feeling great is normally linked to being dependent to circumstances aligning for us then giving ourselves permission to feel good. The funny thing is we can feel great right here and right now by knowing it is our natural state of being. This video explains how I have come to adopt that state of happiness and how I have made shifts in my life to emphasize that state of being.

This video is about How to feel high (almost) All the Time being sober

  • I love this. I was on anti anxiety and depression pills for two years and told myself I needed an alternative so I went to the nearest book store and bought a book on how to meditate. I've been meditating for 5 years now and can honestly say that this simple practice had saved my life. I have never been happier.

I'm having a similar experience with alcohol at the moment. The more spiritual work I do, the higher my set point gets, the less I enjoy/ need alcohol. Thank you for articulating it so succinctly. Hearing you talk about it is helping me realize that its time to let go.

I smoked weed for almost 6 years. I never saw myself quitting and ever since I quit a few months ago I feel a lot better! Thanks Aaron I kept your story in mind when I quit

People always think that I do drugs and smoke weed because I'm usually relaxed and chill. I usually laugh and tell them that I haved never been high or have done drugs. They never believe me hahahaha. In all actuality all I do is I can be completely relaxed and I will just feel so good and laugh. It just naturally comes. At school I will do what I call mini-meditation. For a few minutes or seconds I will just close my eyes, breath deeply, clear my mind, become aware of my body and live within the moment, and then I will feel so good. And people pick up on that, so they always think I look high. But truthfully, I have never been high, so I don't know what it's like. I think being spiritually or vibrationally high also makes you smell different, look different, sound different etc. Someone today told me I smell like pot! Haha! I have no clue what pot smells like!

This is 100% on point. I’m currently going through this process cutting all my addictions out.
  • Thank you very much for all those videos. This is particularly important to me because I was labeled with ADHD as well. So I used (and abused) Ritalin and Venvanse (in Brazil we don't have Adderall) for many years. Also I was taking several drugs to anxiety and depression. I think my awakening process has just begun and I quit all those medicine one month ago. It's like my body said "I don't need it anymore". Again, thank you for the help. You and Teal Swan are just amazing.
  • Universe I want to be married to a sober guy that feels high all the time and friends. So I have to have more courage and to be stronger as well!

Also, I can totally relate with what you're saying. I used to be in that state, then switched to a better one, now it's creeped back even more. Time to work on it!
  • YES Aaron, THANK YOU! You explain it so well, and your enthusiasm is infectious! Love from The Netherlands
  • Thank you so much for this honesty. We need more peaceful encouragement. God created us whole and divine. We separate ourselves from our enlightened state by our fears and false sense of self.
