You downloaded the game for like 1 hour. My download speed started at around 70MBPS but after several minutes, I'm getting 40KBPS speed. This sucks

So it's not the Xbox version optimized for controller on pc its just the pc version of the game made available for free to Xbox pc gamepass users?
