Lol Iunno why people are hating on this guy, all the exercises are key to building bigger triceps. Thank him and appreciate it as he's helping others.

Even though it's not super technical, you're giving great advice in a way everyone can understand, you have great form, and without all this jargon, couldn't have done this video better. It did the job, essentially. Nice one dude. Genuine stuff

To all of the petty people commenting: Why the unnecessary criticism?! Stop wasting your own and everyone else's time! BroScience, Thank you for your informative videos :)

Thanks for the video bro. Doing the Carb-Backload Diet now. Headed to the gym now to hit tri's and chest but wanted to get all tricep heads hit instead of the BS cable pull downs I've grown accustom to. Keep up the hard work...

I never saw anybody doing those overhead tricep extensions on the machine. I started doing them (my 2nd favorite triceps workout) and now everybody at the gym does them. Great video, that Asian guy funny

when a guy didnt have definition or good size they call it 'do you even lift', but when a guy have good definition and good size they call it steroids. Gosh what a world to live in and haters always have something negative to comment about it. @Broscience Bodybuilding i say ignore these ignorant people and keep doing what you gotta do. Likers will like no matter what. Kudos!
  • when you dont know what youre talking about but decided to make a video about it anyway great

Behind the neck tricep extensions are my favorite. Second place goes to tricep pull downs. Two of the only ones you need. I only use the tricep extensions. Seen awesome tricep development.

  • dips, lying triceps, seated triceps, and cable triceps facing away from the weight stack with upper body leaning out almost horizontally, and finally cable triceps facing the stack and splitting the rope at the bottom. I agree with these as good choices. Thanks for posting, keep up the good training. I advise methods of self assisting, on dips by having a dumbell on end under your toes, or using a stool, or bench if you have access to one. For lying down triceps I will also rest 25 pound plate on my stomach before lifting the bar.  So I can reach over for the bar, I put the bar on top of two dumbells on end so that it is not all the way on the floor. It is off topic, but for most exercises also consider ORM, optimal range of motion. Which for seated triceps may mean doing 10 reps full range and 5 more partial range (all the way down and half way up)
