Losing a loved one

Forgiving Myself was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. Nothing can prepare you for the loss of a loved one. My hopes are that this video can help someone hurting. This is my journey.

  • My younger brother died aged 35, and although it was 5 years ago, I still feel raw from the pain of it. Then my dad joined him last year. I feel like a part of my soul is missing since they left me.
  • Thanks Sabah for sharing your personal raw feelings on losing your sister. I can imagine that’s one of the hardest thing to go through. I lost a dear aunt 2 years ago and it is still hard to except she is gone. The hardest thing for me was wanting to call her and forgetting she was no longer with us, it is most difficult at holidays and family gatherings to not see her bright smile. May you continue to receive healing and feel positive.

Oh Sabah! Thank you, thank you so much for opening up & sharing this beautiful story about your sister & of healing! When you said “I started making sure I was feeding all my senses” that really resonated with me! Much love my friend💜

I know the process well. You have done a really good job on this. It is hard to share this sometimes. Always remember that the words you say to another could be your last.
