So the Axis would have won if : -Everybody liked them and didn't see them as warmonger ( except the allies ) -The Allies were potato -The America were chilled -The Axis didn't have a production problem -The Axis got access to the best Tech and not using it stupidly ( like making the Maus ) -The Allies Give up on strategic teritories like the Suez, Midway, India -The Allies declare war on neutral for no reason -The Axis center of command were in sync ( working as one entities whit no will other than obey orders ) -The Soviet collapse for no reason ( IRL they got more casualties and didn't collapse ) -The Japanese didn't have problem of collaboration between the navy and the army -The Chinese Didn't work together agaisnt the bigger threat -The Switzerland wasn't neutral -The German have a navy ( that's a good one bro XD ) -The Soviets didn't have industies ( huh ?! ) -The Axis didn't have partisans -The Axis have infinite money glitch and infinite man power -The Axis are immune to winter debuff -Tha allies just give the Japanese everything -The America Loose all they navy in one batlle ( Skill issue + Ration ) -Some Freedom fighter can hold all Allies forces -Wait did the allies retreat from the Suez while they fleet were inside the med WTF ?! -People just give up and join the axis ( It's not like they will kill you for being yourself... ho wait ! ) -The axis have no problem controlling 3/4 OF THE GOD DAMN WORLD -The Axis have the Nuclear bomb ( IRL they rejected the idea because it was made by jewish people ) Other than that it seem pretty realistic not gonna lie

This is so weird because Portugal was also fascist at the time and no one promised anything to Saudi Arabia. Those promises were made to a whole different group of Arabs. The Saudis just emerged from the power vacuum left when the Ottomans were dismantled because no one was projecting power into the Arabian desert anymore, only along its coasts. America staying neutral and not at least mass arming here is a bit odd but for a fact when Italy starts showing up in North American waters, they’d commit at least to defending the hemisphere. I can’t picture that happening without America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand not all being extremely upset and working together, that latter two largely out of self-preservation with Britain falling. I imagine there’s a 50/50 chance of India joining too or fully rebelling against Britain for independence and then neutrality. I imagine they’d also have fairly decent success turning Argentina to their side with the recognition of the Falklands. As for Japan, there’s nothing stopping them from attacking China and French Indochina anyways. Beyond that, there would be zero success getting Japan to give up resources by that point, not least of all because they quite famously had no resources to give. Japan would have zero success invading Australia for the same reason they couldn’t and didn’t historically. They were already overstretched.

Didn’t think we’d have a completely separate alt-history scenario here where Japan invaded Manchuria a decade later than in our own timeline, interesting.
