No, I don't think Cannon is overwhelmed and second-guessing herself at all. I think she knows exactly what she's doing, and that is corruptly putting her thumb on the judicial scale for tRump.

She's not overwhelmed, her task is to delay this case for Donnie. She's doing it deliberately. She may even be getting instructions directly from the Trump campaign.

Canon should be fired, impeached removed for refusal to do her job. Fundamental basics. A case is brought, her sole reason for existence is to move it expeditiously through to trial and verdict. Anybody else in any other job would be fired within days of first inaction!

I came across this little tidbit today. Why didn't the courts use this system when Cannon was chosen to preside over this case? "Courts also have a system to check if there is any conflict that would make it improper for a judge to preside over a particular case."

Cannon should be recused and removed from this case. She has already been overulled twice by the district court. She has neither the experience or jusdgemnent to handle this case. Smith needs to ask for her removal. No judge should sit in judgement on the person who appointed them. This is just basic, no more, no less.

This woman is a DISGRACE!!!! if we can see this then why the 11th District Court can't see it! This is the problem we have here with respect to the courts and government. Out of all the jobs in the US, you mean to tell us that the most important jobs like president and lifetime appointments to the court is the ONLY jobs we could think of where an incredibly poor performance can't get YOU FIRED!!!!

The facts are plain. Trump appointed this judge. This is not "accidents happen". This is on purpose. She is acting on his behalf. No talk about justice eventually prevails in the by and by will suffice to excuse this delay.
