The plaintiff is suing his mother for holding his things and refusing to return them. He is suing her the cost of the items. The defendant claims that her son was arrested for a DUI, and she took the car, which is in her name, away from him. She claims he got so angry that he moved out of the house and told her she could do whatever she wanted with the stuff he left behind.

  • I’m really wondering if the dad or someone else abused the son and then he turned around and did it to his sister. Either way, this case was shocking and sad. They should not have been on tv with this. My heart goes out to the sister, she is a certified survivor!
  • I’m ngl, the sister saying “he has a habit of claiming my items as his own” hit TOTALLY different after the story came out. 😮‍💨😭
  • Something isn't adding up. I'm not convinced the mother is telling the entire story. Idk... but sounds like they all need help.

Jesus! This is so sad! I did NOT see that coming. That entire family needs therapy. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I cannot believe her mother outed her daughters trauma like that, my heart breaks for her. The way she closed her eyes when her mother said that....

Coming from a abusive home myself, l can honestly say whatever was going on with everyone in that household... They barely scratched the surface of their story. This entire situation was heart wrenching to watch! There’s something definitely off with that mother, she seemed so detached!

Anyone think that Dad has a partial hand at how this family ended up? The son claims years of abuse as well which may have triggered him to act like his father.

This case had more twists and turns than an episode of Law & Order SVU! Holy shit!
  • @DtillColorado
Abuse runs through families generation by generation. How tragic and sad.
  • This is awful! He probably did assault his sister but I'm convinced that he's a victim as well. The mother had no right to expose that family secret on television. I don't understand how the judge couldn't see how despondent and detached from reality the son is. His aura is a blank. He's dead internally and his exterior shows it.

This is by far the saddest case I've ever heard on people's court

That son looks so lost, and heartbroken. I have a feeling he was abused as a kid and therefore thought it was a normal thing to do to his sister. Its so sad. They all need help.

So I was there I’m in the navy blue shirt front row behind him, the judge paused filming and she felt there is for sure something darker in the family, and alot of us were crying. I was shocked it aired or is on here the judge also wanted to know who casted them and what production assistant was on top of it she wasn’t happy at all.
  • @Swiizz.
Totally overlooked major issues in this case. Mom smirking the entire time. Poorly handled by the Justice.

First of all the judge missed an opportunity here. CLEARLY something happened to the son as well. He’s drinking, he’s despondent and allegedly sexually assaulted his sister at a young age. Does anyone care about what’s going on with him? While I feel bad for his sister, the judge not once considered maybe the dad was doing something to the son or someone else. I can see the hurt in his eyes and voice. Something is troubling him.
