Elderly Aussie: Ms. Cannon's judicial appointment to this case was perceived as "problematic" from the outset. I understand in America you do "Justice" differently, but honestly why the 11th Circuit didn't revoke her handling this matter from the outset (in view of their reversal of her two prior Trump cases) is beyond comprehension. Personally, I don't buy "she was next on the list" - that's garbage - anyone with a brain would know she was totally unsuitable to handle the case. So now it appears that due to bias and incompetence, you've made your bed and the unfortunate American Public have to lie in it. The Judicial Management of the former president by SCOTUS and the MAGA Justices defies the logic of intelligent people.

The documents case should have been completed a month ago. Cannon is undeniably corrupt.

It seems like she's not just biased, but in some way working directly for t***p. "Bad guys" work for him. With him, EVERYTHING is quid pro quo, transactional, and pay for play. What will ac get if the convict wins?

The law is clear, there cannot even be the appearance of bias. So, by his own words, since she has shown obvious partisanship, she absolutely needs to recuse herself or be removed. It’s very sad to think that the conservatives, who claim to be such staunch protectors of the Constitution have seemingly abandoned it altogether! Not only does Judge Cannon need to be removed from this case, but, based on how out of touch she is in this case, I would think it puts every decision she has ever made in question. The conservatives warn us about judicial weaponizing because that’s EXACTLY what they have already done!

Why doesn’t the 11th circuit just step in? They shouldn’t have to wait until someone complains!
