Do you know you can give a apple to Baldi? That will distract him for a few seconds. he will just stand there for just a short amount of time munching on the apple and once he's done he'll go on the run looking for you, but he will be a bit too far from you if you take the right route to get away from him when he`s distracted. It's like, "a apple a day keeps the doctor away." instead it's like this, "an apple a day keeps Baldi away" or like this, "a apple day keeps the teacher away." If Baldi is eating the Apple really fast it means he's rushing to enjoy it so he can go on the run without getting left behind.
