  • I love Leslie’s videos. So glad they were recommended and motivating to me by my life coach. I’m 64 years old and I’ve lost 8 pounds September of 2021, I’m proud of what I’ve lost, so glad you have the videos I went to my doctor and he was amazed what I’ve lost. But I’ve been through breast cancer I really do think that chemo and radiation I look places apart my slow weight lost because I’ve been faithfully doing my workouts every morning non stop.   • I love Leslie’s videos. So glad they were recommended to my by my life coach. I’m 73 years old and I’ve lost 26 pounds and 40 inches (overall) Since the January 25. I switch up and do different videos at least 5 times a week for at least 45 minutes. So so glad to have the videos. Our community doesn’t have a gym, but I don’t need one. I have one right on my iPad. Thanks so much
  • To anyone who needs a little motivation, I have lost 3 kgs since I started walking with Leslie last month, and 6 kgs overall since I became more active in winters (down to 60.5 kgs from 66.5 around October) - but more than that, what I really love is the energy and enthusiasm that I feel throughout the day - her walks are by far the best remedy that I have found to beating the Winter Blues :)
  • I started my journey with you back in 2006. I lost a total of 40lbs doing your walks everyday. Back then they were on DVDs, so I worked out with a different DVD each week. And now that I need to lose a total of 25lbs that I have gained since becoming my dad’s full-time caregiver after he endured an unexpected disability...... I immediately decided to look you up on YouTube....glad I did. I have subscribed and look forward to my daily journey with you. 😊💖👍🏽

    I started 14 days ago. I lost 4 kg in the meantime in combination with intermediate fasting. I would like to thank you Leslie, for all the motivation and fun. Thanks a lot my private walking coach, you are the best!!!💪 Update after five weeks: I lost 10 kg. I can't believe it! Feels like..as I would watch myself melting. You changed my life Leslie. Update After 6 weeks: weightloss 11 1/2 kg. My legs, upper body and my core are working hard, but it's great fun too and this system really works guys! I'm the best proof. Thank you Leslie!!!!!! This is why I nearly lost my motivation. The last 4 weeks I didn't do any walks and I also didn't have a look on what and how much I was eating. But now I decided to think positiv and help myself out of this little depression. Yesterday I started my daily routine again. And I recognized that I didn't gain any weight in the meantime. The only reason for that is you Leslie! You showed me how to activate muscels and how to get a fast metabolism. I'm so grateful that I get to know you. I'm highly motivated again.   • I started five weeks ago with the beginners 15 minute walk and now I do that as my warm-up video along with the fat burning and abdominal workout. I enjoy the work out so much that I can’t wait to do it every day! I’ve lost 10 pounds and I feel the best I have in a long time! Leslie makes it so much fun and her encouragement keeps me going!!!

    I’m down 10 pounds since I’ve started walking with you! Haven’t measured yet but I’m getting into clothes I couldn’t get over my hips! I love walking with you guys!! I can even walk at work because I can watch it on YouTube on my phone! Going through menopause, I’ve tried everything but the walking seems to be helping me lose the weight!

  • I love these Walk At home routines. I’ve kept my weight down lowered my blood sugar 1 point+ and blood pressure lower than it has been in 2 years. I’ve worked my way from a 20 minute to 3k in just 2 months. Can’t say I absolutely love doing then but love the results. Thank you Leslie. Walk walk walk!
  • I’m 54 and I had a huge stomach, I started walking, I increased my miles from 2 to 4 to 7 and now I walk 8 miles a day! Some days I’m exhausted so I’ll do 5 or 6. I’ve lost over 14lbs so far! Walking works

    Me and my 78 year old mum just completed this and it was wonderful! A shared activity, indoors as the wintry weather is upon us! It contributes greatly to her overall physical health( joint fluidity, suppleness, heart health, muscular toning) and mental well being. Thanks Leslie!

    Leslie’s low impact 2 mile walk saved me last winter. I did it 6 days a week and it improved my balance and I saw improved muscle fitness and general all around fitness. Getting back into it again after a summer of outdoor walking. She is terrific. I’m a senior and it has been very beneficial!
