When i was watching this, i got a really good idea. If you make a series where you customize health and attack damage of all mobs to increase by half heart every minecraft day, and try to survive 100 of hardcore in it. You can do this with simple commands and it would be a really good content. This will feel more like vanilla by not adding any mods.
