Wonder why theirs no rebuilding ? Did they not have insurance? Something amiss here . Usually after a fire or any type of damage done to your home, you are able to rebuild with the proceeds, allocated through your insurance claim .. I bet none of them pay taxes overhead homeowners insurance that would be the only explanation
