This channel is what The History Channel once aspired to be. Dr. Felton has crafted the highest quality storytelling backed by astute, verifiable scholarship that is supported by engaging visuals and music, much of which is new to most viewers. Kudos and congratulations on this smashing success, sir!

Well I now clearly understand why so many "Hitler lives" stories went around, since the Soviets didn't report what happened until 1968.

It makes more sense that some of his remains were gathered than just abandoned, by those who oversaw the cremation - because as you said, the soil made the cremation difficult and it would have been a persistent effort to keep the cremation going. And in order to resurrect the reich in some way - it is more than plausible that loyal individuals collected remains to be kept as a sort of holy relic for future generations. I have often wodered about the account or story we are told of "he shot himslef and he was burned, and the soviets found the ashed. end of story". Its too simple to be believeably totally correct. Thankyou for this, makes more sense than non sense as it were.

Nah Hitler is chillin with the aliens in Antarctica playing chess and sipping hot cocoa with them.

Was talking to my old history teacher and found out he watches you, you must be that good of a teacher that even teachers watch you
-
Its amazing to think that during the 70s and 80s when I was a child reading comics about WW2 like Battle and Warlord, these men and women were walking around living normal lives

I've never seen so many authentic and sterling reviews for anything. Your work is top marks all around, sir.

The history teacher we all wanted but never had.. Fantastic content, Dr. Felton!

a mention of Axmann in Gran Canaria caught my attention. I have heard a story of German emmigrants in Tenerife who used to celebrate Hitler's birthday until relatively recently. There were more prominent cases in Argentina, but many of those old school Nazis could have probably found a new home in Franco's Spain.

We've been trying to reach him about his cars extended warranty.

Since the bunker was called the "Fueherbunker", I wonder if any of the staff had behind-his-back names for stuff and places like the "Fuehertoilet", "Fueherchair", "Fueherpaperclips", and so on. It is sort of like the way McDonald's puts "Mc" in front of so much of their stuff. Office workers were probably no different then than they are now and that probably goes double for soldiers. Any private comment to break the tension at the expense of the man in charge.

Mark Felton posts a video about hitler’s remains. Now if this was the ‘history’ channel I wouldn’t give it time of day but with Mr Felton’s extremely good and knowledgable content I click instantly
