The way peoples talk in those times very clear, definitive and substantial. I like the tone of their voice.

What a huge difference in the manner and attitude of President Kennedy compared to what is in the white house now ! This president listened attentively to the questions and responded to them with civility, poise, courtesy, clarity, Intelligence and with class ! It's hard to believe that we've gone from that to this !

This really makes us realize how a President should act, and how informed he should be on issues. The best thing about Kennedy was his non-partisanship. He spoke to, and acted on the merits of the issue, not the thing that would help his party or his reputation. I miss him.

A real president. We have not had many since. God bless John F. Kennedy.
  • President John F. Kennedy was so brilliant, eloquent, articulate, aware informed and knowledgeable; that at all his press conferences; he became the reservoir of information, beacon of hope, the lifeline / brightness to darkness / ignorance and more importantly he became a Lecturer of Journalism / a Professor of Mass Communication. He was a great President, an inspirational Leader, a good Catholic / Christian and a knowledgeable Teacher that even lived in America and on planet earth.

I think JFK was the most intelligent, knowledgeable, worldly, well versed & most hands on & involved president we've ever had. As well as I think one of the most humble & compassionate. JFK was really in a league of his own as far as politicians go & was the most sophisticated, charming & classiest of all our presidents. The US was forever altered after his assassination.

How far we have fallen! Here is a press conference with an intelligent president who is fully in control of his words and positions, and a press who acts civilly and is interested in receiving information about important issues.
